Join us for our 4th annual Move Your Mind 5K run and 1M walk October 12th at 8am on Hilton Head Island Beach in front of the Marriott's Grande Ocean at 51. S. Forest Beach Drive. Free parking and a Free Pancake breakfast at Providence Presbyterian Church after the run.
