Our Programs and Services offer ways to engage the memory regardless of the stage you or your loved one is experiencing. As we age, we will all experience memory loss. However, if your memory loss is not part of the normal aging process, we have classes and programs to help.

We partner with BJVIM to provide free memory screenings at their Bluffton & Ridgeland locations, expanding access to early detection and support for families in Greater Bluffton and Jasper County.
Reliable, affordable, and safe transportation is essential for participation. Palmetto Breeze helps bring participants directly to our Hilton Head and Bluffton programs, ensuring more individuals can benefit from our services.
We provide memory screenings onboard the mobile wellness unit, bringing vital brain health resources to neighborhoods across the Lowcountry.
