Programs for Alzheimer's and Dementia

​We are proud to offer an early-intervention memory enhancement program and a mild to moderate memory care program. Many of our participants are able to attend these programs at a reduced cost due to a grant the Alzheimer's Foundation of America gave Memory Matters for Fee Assistance.

Adult Social Day Program

& Caregiver Respite

Therapeutic, curriculum-based group programs for individuals in the early to middle stages of dementia. Promotes cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being through engaging activities and social connection.

Early Stage Brain Health Support

Pathway 1

A supportive small-group program for individuals with early memory changes or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). Encourages cognitive activity, social interaction, and confidence-building with individualized assessments and check-ins.

Pathway 2

A guided small-group program that continues the journey from Pathway 1. Supports memory, attention, and daily skills through structured cognitive activities, social engagement, and ongoing participant check-ins.

Brain health is essential—and it can be strengthened. Memory Matters offers engaging classes, expert-led talks, and community presentations to help individuals and organizations learn how to protect and improve cognitive wellness.
