Alzheimer’s Disease or dementia doesn’t just affect the patient. It affects the entire family, with the primary caregiver absorbing most of the day-to-day hardships. That’s why it is so important the entire family receives support when needed. Memory Matters has experienced staff that can provide a detailed care plan for you and your loved one. In addition, there are weekly support groups where newcomers are always welcome to share their fears and experiences and or listen and learn from the experiences of others in similar situations. If you aren’t ready for care planning or a support group, Memory Matters also provides a wealth of knowledge in resources to help guide you along this journey.
