GIFTING MEMORY MATTERS

Why Donate to Memory Matters?

Here are just two reasons, among the thousands more.........

Cora and Annie enjoying the Luau
Cora Miller takes care of her mother, Annie. A task Cora welcomed, until she realized she couldn't handle her mother's dementia diagnosis alone. She turned to friends, and then to Memory Matters where Annie is now thriving in the Memory Care Day Program. She comes four times a week and receives daily socialization, music therapy, art, and exercise.
Jane Wexler has been volunteering at Memory Matters for more than a decade. She calls it her second family. For years, she and her late husband, Paul spent many hours here helping, working, and donating. Today she is still volunteering and keeps coming back to help in any way she can to ensure families living with Alzheimer's Disease or Related Dementia are being cared for through our programs and services.

Your Gift Makes an Impact

At Memory Matters, we provide various programs, services, and educational classes that provide peace of mind for families and individuals living with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD). During our two programs for those diagnosed with ADRD they receive socialization, lifelong learning, eat along the Mediterranean diet guidelines, exercise, and meditate in order to maintain their memory and have a better quality of life. Meantime, we provide the partners of these individuals tools during our free support groups, educate them on how to be the best caregiver they can be, and educate the community on overall brain health.

The impact of your gift allows all of these services to continue in our area and hopefully reach beyond our area to help more affected by ADRD.
