Turkey and Zucchini Burgers

Ingredients
BURGERS: 1 lb lean ground turkey or chicken | 2 cups coarsely grated zucchini skin on | 4 scallions thinly sliced | 1 egg | 2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint | 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil | 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro | 2 garlic cloves finely grated | 1 tsp ground cumin | Salt and pepper | Olive oil | LEMON GARLIC AIOLI: 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt | 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest | 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice | 1 garlic clove finely grated | 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil | Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. | 2. Combine all burger ingredients except oil in large bowl. Mix with hands. | 3. Form into 16 slider-sized patties or 6 larger patties. | 4. Brown both sides in frying pan with olive oil. | 5. Transfer to baking sheet. | 6. Bake sliders 10 minutes (full-sized burgers about 20 minutes). | LEMON GARLIC AIOLI: 7. Combine all aioli ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
