Brain Boosters has been helping people since 2006. In this three-week class, you will learn “how-to” steps to sharpen focus, create a brain-health lifestyle, relax the brain, become a flexible thinker, memory-enhancing techniques, and how worry affects the brain.

Enrollment is limited to 24 participants.
The $120 registration fee is nonrefundable. However, your registration can be transferred to a Brain Boosters course scheduled for a later date.
