Brain Boosters has been helping people since 2006. In this three-week class you will learn “How to” steps to sharpen focus, create a brain-health lifestyle, relax the brain, become a flexible thinker, memory-enhancing techniques, and how worry affects the brain.

About the Event
This three-week course will take place on Thursdays on Oct. 3rd, 10th, & 17th at the Okatie Pines Retirement Community behind Cracker Barrell in Okatie off Hwy 278. The class will meet in the theatre. Each class is two hours long.
