We invite families to take part in a meaningful tribute during the 5th Annual Move Your Mind 5K. With a $250 donation, you can honor or remember a loved one with a personalized sign placed along the 5K route.
This is a special opportunity to celebrate someone close to your heart while supporting Memory Matters’ mission to provide care, support, and hope to local families affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
Your Tribute Includes:
A custom “In Memory Of” or “In Honor Of” sign
Your personalized message and the option to include a photo
Placement along the 5K route on event day
A visible symbol of love, remembrance, and support
