Move Your Mind 5K Run 1K Walk
Spend your morning on the beach walking or running. Runner will have a 5K route. Walkers will have a 1K route. There will be a 100 yard fun run for the kids prior to the start of the race.

About the Event
Come out and run a 5K on the beach while watching the dolphins play. If you aren't into running, come walk a 1K along the beach. All to raise awareness and funding for local families and indivudals living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.
