Memory Care Program

The Memory Care Program is a curriculum-based class that incorporates activities to encourage socialization and stimulation for individuals impacted by mild to moderate levels of memory loss. Through exercise, creative arts, music, pet therapy, meditation, and brain engagement participants experience a renewed sense of purpose.


Dates, Times, and Rates


Mondays (Bluffton)

10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

1 day per week - $200/month

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays (HHI)

10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

1 day per week - $350/month

2 days per week - $700/month

3 days per week - $1,050/month

4 days per week - $1,250/month


Mondays and Fridays

10 a.m. - 12 p.m.

attend up to 2 sessions per week - $275/month


Both Virtual & In-person

Receive a 10% discount monthly


If interested in having a loved one attend the program, please contact Memory Matters at at          843-842-6688 to schedule an in-person program assessment. Scholarships for all in-person and virtual programs are available. Just ask about fee assistance when you call to schedule the assessment.


All staff, volunteers, and participants are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before attending an in-person program.
