Adult Social Day Program
& Caregiver Respite
Overview
The Adult Social Day Program and Caregiver Respite supports individuals in the early to middle stages of dementia through therapeutic, engaging activities that promote cognitive, physical, and emotional well-being. Participants take part in art and music therapy, gentle yoga, relaxation techniques, exercise, and facilitated social interaction with activities that support memory and attention. Healthy lunches are provided. Care is supported by a Certified Nursing Assistant, a trained healthcare professional who assists with personal care, safety, and daily needs.

Tuesdays and Fridays
10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (includes lunch)
Memory Matters Hilton Head Island
Monday - Friday
9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (includes lunch)
Wednesdays
10:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. (includes lunch)
