Run, walk, or stroll along the coast. Every step raises funds for families living with Alzheimer's, and ends with a beach party. Registration is $35 for adults and $20 for ages 12 and under. Price increases after September 11.

Move for a Purpose
The Move Your Mind 5K is more than a race. It's a celebration of community, compassion, and coastal fun. Whether you're racing for a podium finish or taking a sunrise stroll, you'll be surrounded by live music, beach vibes, and smiling faces. Every entry and every donation directly supports Memory Matters, a Hilton Head institution providing care, education, and hope to individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementia.

Race Weekend Schedule
Friday, September 18 at Hilton Head Running Company: packet pickup from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, registration closes at 6:00 PM.
Saturday, September 19 at Tiki Hut at Beach House Resort: packet pickup 8:00 to 8:45 AM, 5K starts at 9:00 AM, post-event party begins at 9:30 AM, awards ceremony at 10:30 AM, party ends at noon.
