Your Gift
Makes an Impact

Your support brings care, connection, and hope to families living with dementia.

Overview

At Memory Matters, we provide programs, services, and educational classes that bring peace of mind to families and individuals living with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD). During our two programs for those diagnosed with ADRD, participants enjoy socialization, lifelong learning, nutritious meals based on the Mediterranean diet, exercise, and meditation—helping them maintain their memory and improve quality of life.

Meanwhile, we support their partners through free support groups, providing tools to be the best caregivers they can be, and we educate the community on overall brain health. The impact of your gift allows these services to continue in our community and, we hope, reach beyond to help even more people affected by ADRD.

Donations to Memory Matters are tax-deductible. Thank you for choosing to make a gift—together, we will make a lifetime of impact on families living with ADRD.

Moments
That Matter

“Memory Matters helped Barbara in the earlier stages of Alzheimer's and we are grateful for that. I am especially grateful for the training I received in preparing for full-time care giving.”

William Schmit

Miller family

Cora Miller takes care of her mother, Annie. A task Cora welcomed. When she realized that she would need help managing her mother's dementia diagnosis, she turned to friends, and then to Memory Matters where Annie is now thriving in the Adult Social Day & Caregiver Respite Program. She comes four times a week and receives daily socialization, music therapy, art, and exercise.

Wexler family

Jane Wexler has been volunteering at Memory Matters for more than a decade. She calls it her second family. For years, she and her late husband, Paul spent many hours here helping, working, and donating. Today she is still volunteering and keeps coming back to help in any way she can to ensure families living with Alzheimer's Disease or Related Dementia are being cared for through our programs and services.

Donate Today

We welcome and appreciate your donations to Memory Matters that will go toward helping more local families living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia.
