Ingredients

4 large fresh figs, cut into quarters | 2 small/medium frozen bananas, sliced | ¼ cup plain non-fat Greek yoghurt | 3 tbsp. oats | 3 tbsp. almonds | 2 tbsp. honey | 1 tbsp. chia seeds | 1 cup water | 1 cup ice

Preparation

1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender and process on high for 1 minute or until smooth. | 2. Add more liquid if necessary to adjust thickness, and blend again. | 3. Divide between two tall glasses and serve immediately.
