Ingredients

BURGERS: 1 lb lump crab | 1 1/2 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined | 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil | 1/2 medium Vidalia onion diced | Zest and juice of 2 lemons | 1/2 tsp Tabasco | 1 Tbsp grainy mustard | 3 Tbsp non-fat plain Greek yogurt | 1/2 cup whole wheat panko crumbs | 3 Tbsp flat-leaf parsley chopped | 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper | Salt and pepper | 2 Tbsp olive oil for sauteing | AVOCADO SAUCE: 1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt | 2 avocados | Juice and zest of 2 limes | 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil | Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. | 2. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Add onion and cook until soft and translucent but not browned. Let cool. | 3. Chop shrimp roughly. | 4. Gently mix shrimp, crab, and all other burger ingredients in large bowl, careful not to break up crab lumps. | 5. Form into 8 cakes. Brown on both sides in frying pan with olive oil. | 6. Place on baking sheet and bake 20 minutes until cooked through. | AVOCADO SAUCE: 7. Mash avocados with yogurt. | 8. Add lime zest and juice and olive oil. | 9. Season with salt and pepper.
