Grilled Branzino (Lavraki) - Mild Mediterranean Sea bass grilled with lemon-herb oil, served over roasted fennel and artichoke hearts, accompanied by roasted red potatoes.
Beef Souvlaki Medallions - Grilled tenderloin medallions with rosemary-garlic jus, paired with lemon roasted potatoes and grilled zucchini.
Greek Marinated Chicken Breast - Herbed rice, sautéed spinach, and pine nuts served with a lemon sauce.
Stuffed Eggplant Papoutsakia (Vegetarian) - Roasted eggplant filled with spiced lentils and tomato sauce, topped with a light béchamel and finished with grated feta cheese.

Admission includes dinner and wine with an estimated value of $200 The amount of a contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the amount contributed, reduced by the value of any goods or services provided by Memory Matters. Accordingly, $100 of each admission is eligible for an income tax deduction. Thank you for your support of this event.
