About the Event

Most people expect to feel grief after death but fewer are familiar with grief that shows up before life ends.

Because this kind of grief isn't often discussed, you might worry that it's not socially acceptable to express the deep pain you're feeling. As a result, you may not get the support you need. This program explains what anticipatory grief is, what it can look and feel like, and how you can cope with it during a difficult time.
