An Interactive, Livestream Gathering for Caregivers
This program is exclusively for non-paid family caregivers.
Caregivers are encouraged to pose questions ahead of time via the email link below. Ashley will anonymously answer as many questions as time allows, along with covering topics such as:
Sexuality – hypo/hyper
Intimacy
Role changes – spousal to parental
Which diagnoses / stages
Medications?
Safety planning

Ashley Gruber is a board-certified Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in memory and brain health, caregiver support, life transitions, anxiety, grief, and depression. She is specifically certified in dementia and memory care, grief and bereavement, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Ashley is an active member of the American Counseling Association and the South Carolina Counseling Association. Ashley has created and implemented a menu of counseling services in her counseling career, including individual counseling, virtual counseling, and caregiver support groups.
Ashley resides in Beaufort, South Carolina, with her husband, two sons, and two golden retrievers. Soaking in the life-giving energy of the Lowcountry tides, she enjoys exploring local beaches with her family for shark teeth, shells, and, of course, sea glass.
