Dr. Sundar Balasubramanian from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) will be discussing the benefits of Yoga and Yogic Breathing. It sounds strange, but it has been proven to be the best breathing for the body and mind. Caregiving is extremely stressful so learning a new technique of breathing can make all the difference.
